The show opened with Roman Reigns backstage alongside The Usos. Jey Uso warned that Fatu is dangerous and could take everything if he wins. Reigns agreed there would be consequences and promised to address it later.

Seth Rollins calls out Bron Breakker

Seth Rollins came to the ring and blamed Bron Breakker for his recent losses, including WrestleMania 42. Breakker came out with Paul Heyman and fired back, saying Rollins is no longer at the top. Rollins challenged him to a match at Backlash before walking away.

Judgment Day attacks Stephanie Vaquer

Raquel Rodriguez attacked Stephanie Vaquer backstage. Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez joined in, leaving Vaquer laid out.

Penta vs. Rusev

Penta and Rusev had a hard-hitting match. In the end, Penta secured the win with a quick roll-up. After the match, Rusev and Ethan Page attacked Penta until Je’Von Evans made the save.

Winner: Penta

Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match Becky Lynch (c) vs. Iyo Sky

Both women put on a strong match. In the end, interference from Asuka helped Lynch hit the Manhandle Slam for the win. After the match, Asuka attacked Sky again.

Winner: Becky Lynch

Joe Hendry makes it official

Joe Hendry performed a song announcing he has signed with RAW. He even mocked Logan Paul in the song. Logan Paul and Austin Theory interrupted and attacked him, but The Street Profits made the save.

Rey Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano

Mysterio stopped a loaded mask attempt with a 619. He hit another 619 and finished with a top rope splash for the win. Both Americanos brawled after the match until officials broke it up.

Winner: Rey Mysterio

Grayson Waller vs. Oba Femi Femi

Femi dominated from start to finish and put Waller away with the Fall from Grace. After the match, Femi announced the Oba Femi Open Challenge.

Winner: Oba Femi

Tag Team Match: Bayley & Lyra Valkyria vs. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez

The Laredo crowd cheered loudly for hometown favorite Perez. Judgment Day controlled much of the match. Perez finished things with a shining wizard and Pop Rocks for the win.

Winner: Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez

Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu made official

Roman Reigns came out and declared himself the reason the World Heavyweight Title matters. Jacob Fatu interrupted and said he doesn’t want the title; he needs it. The segment turned physical as Fatu attacked Reigns and choked him out. Reigns recovered and officially accepted the challenge.
