This week, a ton of new TV show trailers released, highlighting some of the biggest shows either set to debut or return throughout the second half of the year. In case you might not have seen some, and in order to make finding them a bit easier, we’ve collected five of the best trailers you won’t want to miss out on for the upcoming TV season.
Alice and Steve
Alice and Steve is an upcoming British comedy series with an absolutely crazy twist. The show follows two close friends, Alice and Steve, who end up having their relationship fracture when Steve begins dating Alice’s 26-year-old daughter, Izzy. The trailer strikes the perfect balance of comedy and drama, and with two hilarious stars in Jemaine Clement and Nicola Walker, this looks like an easy must-watch when it debuts on Hulu on June 8, 2026.
The Boroughs
Netflix is stepping back into the world of sci-fi with The Duffer Brothers, albeit with a twist here. The Boroughs is produced by the Stranger Things duo, and follows the story of a seemingly picture-perfect retirement community that gets a new resident in the form of Alfred Molina’s Sam Cooper. Things fall apart pretty quickly, though, as Sam begins seeing a mysterious, terrifying threat. He and a group of other members of the community then look to put a stop to it, all while maybe finding out the community isn’t what it seems. Judging by the trailer, we’re in for a treat with a mix of sci-fi and comedy, all while getting to see some interesting monster designs. The Boroughs releases on Netflix on May 21, 2026.
Dutton Ranch
This one needs no introduction to any fans of the world of Yellowstone. The latest entry in Taylor Sheridan’s universe serves as both a spin-off and sequel to the original show. The fifth show in its franchise, Dutton Ranch follows Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler trying to start a new life in Texas. Fans of Yellowstone will obviously be tuned in, but if you’re looking for a new drama with a country feel, this will be up your alley as well when it premieres on Paramount+ on May 15, 2026.
Elle
The world of Legally Blonde is expanding with this one. Elle, a prequel to the iconic film franchise, tells the story of Elle Woods as she was in high school. Way before she became a Harvard law student, Woods moves from the sunny land of California to Seattle, and is in for a culture shock as she has to deal with a new school, new friends, and more. The show retains a lot of the comedy the franchise is known for, and any fans of Legally Blonde aren’t going to want to miss this when it premieres on July 1, 2026, on Prime Video.
The Four Seasons Season 2
Our only returning series of the bunch, The Four Seasons recently showed of its first look at the second season of the Netflix comedy drama. This time, the new season continues to follow a group of friends who are trying to keep the spice in life going while on vacation. This time around, we’ll get some newcomers as well, but the show is once again led by Tina Fey, Will Forte, Colman Domingo, and more. The first season of the show was hilarious, and you’ll want to catch up before this one premieres on May 28, 2026.
What did you think of the trailers? Is there one we’re missing that you want to check out?
