A new photo taken from the set of The Batman Part II offers a better look at the mysterious blonde woman who some fans think is Scarlett Johansson. With much of The Batman Part II’s plot and characters still being shrouded in mystery, there’s no guarantee this is indeed Johansson, but fans do certainly have some theories.
A The Batman Part II set video emerged online last week that sees a blonde woman in the passenger seat of DC‘s Batmobile. Given the video was taken from a pretty good distance away, it wasn’t immediately clear if this woman actually was Johansson or if fans were just jumping to conclusions.
Now, a better-quality image has found its way onto the internet. Similar to the video, it shows a blonde woman sitting in the passenger seat of the Batmobile; however, this image does provide a clearer glimpse of her face. Many don’t think that’s Johansson seen in the picture, but rather they believe this could potentially be her stunt double, as it appears they’re filming a big action or chase scene.
What else do we know about The Batman Part II?
The Batman Part II follows the events of 2022’s The Batman and 2024’s The Penguin, all of which are set within The Batman Epic Crime Saga. Matt Reeves is returning to direct The Batman Part II, while Robert Pattinson is reprising his role as the titular Dark Knight.
The cast of the movie also includes Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as Oz Cobb/The Penguin, Sebastian Stan, and Charles Dance. Production on the project officially kicked off this summer.
The Batman Part II is currently dated for February 18, 2028, by Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios. Both The Batman and The Penguin can be streamed on HBO Max.
