Vaughn’s actions seem to have landed him in deep trouble with Jack Brennan, and now fans think that could be leaving General Hospital. Viewers believe that ever since he came close to Josslyn Jacks, his chances of surviving on the show have started to dwindle. Is he really leaving the show, though?

Is Vaughn leaving General Hospital?
Currently, there is no official information from General Hospital writers or from Bryce Durfee, the actor who plays Deputy Station Chief S. Vaughn, about the character leaving the show.
However, fans of the character have begun speculating that he might not be around for too long. The concern comes from the fact that Jack had two officers take away Vaughn after he continued to defy his orders.
For context, Vaughn recently encouraged Josslyn to approach Dalton at The Brown Dog Bar. They wanted to get a confession out of him about his experiment. While certain things did not go as he expected, his move proved beneficial, as Dalton admitted to having a secret lab. When the situation began to spiral, Vaughn intervened and escorted Dalton out of the pub. Later that evening, Vaughn and Josslyn shared a kiss and ended up spending the night together.
The following day, Jack called Vaughn to meet in a shady place, where Vaughn updated him on his findings. Jack immediately expressed his disappointment about putting Josslyn in danger and about Vaughn’s growing closeness with her. Before Vaughn could react, two officers seized him. Jack reminded him that he had been ordered not to pursue a relationship with Josslyn. The officers then escorted Vaughn away, though it is unclear where they took him.
Now, fans are speculating that Jack might have gotten rid of him for good. Considering that he is a highly skilled agent, it would not be difficult for him to do so. However, it would also be abrupt to remove a character entirely without further explanation.
