- Nazneen Contractor as Justine Turner: Justine will continue to build on her potential relationship with Sonny Corinthos. After he landed a kiss on her, Sonny might be ready to take the next step.
- Bluesy Burke as Charlotte Cassadine: Charlotte will appear in scenes with her mother, Lulu.
- Asher Antonyzyn as Danny Morgan: Danny will appear in multiple episodes alongside Jason Morgan and Alexis Davis. The teenager might receive some wise words from his father and grandmother about being attracted to Charlotte.
- Kathleen Gati as Liesl Obrecht: Obrecht delivers some surprising news to Nathan and Nina later this week.
- Paige Herschell as Jacinda Bracken: Jacinda and Michael will continue exploring their relationship. Since the possibility of a valid case against Michael looks bleak, the pair could finally have the chance to fall in love.
- Wally Kurth as Ned Quartermaine: Ned will give a piece of his mind to his son-in-law, Harrison Chase, about pursuing Willow’s case over having a family with Brook Lynn.
- Patrick Scott Lewis as Ezra Boyle: The role is generally played by Daniel Cosgrove. However, Soap Opera Digest reported that the actor couldn’t commute due to winter storms. Hence, Lewis will portray the character for a few episodes.
- James Patrick Stuart as Valentin Cassadine: Valentin will continue to work with Carly to bring down Jack and Sidwell.
- Christopher Goodman as Dr. Alcott: The doctor is the latest addition to the cast, who’ll appear on Tuesday’s episode.
