One of the most acclaimed movies of Michael B. Jordan’s career, as well as 2025, is now available to watch at home on Prime Video.
What Michael B. Jordan movie has joined Prime Video?
Sinners, the 2025 hit from Ryan Coogler and starring Jordan, is now available to watch at home on Prime Video. The movie, which features a star-studded cast, was a massive hit for Coogler. After releasing in April, the film received critical and commercial praise.
Sinners earned over $365 million at the global box office, and has been listed by many places as one of the best movies of the year. It also received seven nominations at this year’s Golden Globe Awards, and is expected to garner some big awards at the Academy Awards, as well.
“Trying to leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back,” reads the synopsis of the film.
Along with Jordan, the cast of Sinners includes Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse), Jack O’Connell (Ferrari, Back to Black), Wunmi Mosaku (Lovecraft Country, Loki), Jayme Lawson (The Penguin, The Woman King), Omar Benson Miller (CSI: Miami, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), and Delroy Lindo (Da 5 Bloods, The Harder They Fall).
Coogler produces the movie alongside Sev Ohanian and Zinzi Coogler. Ludwig Göransson, Will Greenfield, and Rebecca Cho serve as executive producers.
Coogler made his feature film directorial debut in 2013 with Fruitvale Station. He followed that up with Creed in 2015 before heading to the MCU to make Black Panther in 2018. Jordan starred in all three of those movies. In 2022, Coogler then made the sequel to Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which featured Jordan in a small cameo role. He has also produced projects such as 2021’s Judas and the Black Messiah, 2021’s Space Jam: A New Legacy, and 2023’s Creed III.
