A new photo from Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man highlights an intriguing character played by Barry Keoghan.
While his name remains under wraps, Keoghan’s character leads a new generation of the Peaky Blinders. In the photo, Keoghan is walking with his crew while wearing a flat cap, similar to the one Cillian Murphy‘s Tommy Shelby dons.
It’s a reunion for Murphy and Keoghan, who previously worked together on Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk. Murphy offered a part in the Peaky Blinders movie to Keoghan, who enthusiastically accepted.
“I said, ‘Of course, bro. At the drop of a hat,’” Keoghan recalled to Empire Magazine. “I was like, ‘Freakin’ yeah. Anything to work with yourself again.’”

Who is involved in the Peaky Blinders movie?
Murphy returns as Tommy Shelby, the iconic gangster and leader of the Peaky Blinders.
“Birmingham, 1940. Amidst the chaos of WWII, Tommy Shelby is driven back from a self-imposed exile to face his most destructive reckoning yet,” the official synopsis reads. “With the future of the family and the country at stake, Tommy must face his own demons, and choose whether to confront his legacy, or burn it to the ground. By order of the Peaky Blinders…”
The Immortal Man’s ensemble includes Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Sophie Rundle, Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee, Ian Peck, Jay Lycurgo, and Stephen Graham.
Tom Harper directs Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man from a screenplay by series creator Steven Knight. Murphy and Knight will produce alongside Guy Heeley, Caryn Mandabach, and Jimmy Tandel.
Peaky Blinders premiered in September 2013. It ran for six seasons, with the final run of episodes airing in 2022.
Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man will be released in select theaters on March 6, 2026. The movie will then stream on Netflix beginning March 20, 2026.
