In celebration of the announcement of the new Dragon Ball game, Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, developer Ganbarion, and Bandai Namco are holding a network test so players can check out the game, as well as several contests to win some licensed goodies.
What is Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra?
Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra is a 4v4 MOBA that brings all the fan favorite characters from the popular anime franchise to its unique battlefield. During the Network Test, which lasts until June 15, players will be able to see these characters in action. Here is who will be playable during the Network Test, which is being held on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam, and mobile via Google Play and App Store.

“The Dragon Ball franchise’s first team-oriented battle begins,” reads the description.
“Experience the world of Dragon Ball through wrecking the battlefield with your own strength, or by conquesting the enemy objective with your friends and allies,” continues the description. “The Hero characters you take in control will grown in strength as the round progress to give you a chance to obliterate enemy players and bosses alike.”
Additionally, several contests are being held to celebrate the announcement trailer for Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra. The first is a Video Posting Campaign, which will grant 10 winners merch by posting gameplay with the hashtag “#DBGSquadraClip.” Players can enter between now and June 16.
The second is the Follow and Repost Campaign, which gives fans a chance to win an acrylic panel signed by Masako Nozawa by following the game’s official X (formerly Twitter account) and reposting this post between now and June 15.
The last contest will give 10 winners some official merch for the game by joining its Discord channel and reposting this X post. The period of eligibility ends on June 15.
When Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra launches, it will come to PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and mobile via Google Play and App Store.
