Netflix’s crime-drama Run Away has wrapped, with the ending revealing what happened to Paige. After she seemingly went missing since her appearance in the first episode, fans were left wondering what happened to the character.
Here’s a brief on what happened to Paige Green in Run Away.

Did Paige Greene die in Netflix’s Run Away series?
Created by Daniel Brocklehurst, Run Away is a limited series adapted from Harlan Coben’s novel of the same name. The story centers on Simon Greene, a father who is in search of his missing daughter Paige Greene amid her drug addiction.
At the start of the show, Simon finds Paige in a park, but she runs away from him, leading Simon into a world of chaos, trying to find her again. Everything spirals out of control when her boyfriend, Aaron, is found dead, and she becomes the prime suspect.
After being absent for most of the series, Paige reappears in the finale, “It Stays with Us.” Simon first sees her next to Ingrid’s bed at the hospital. He hugs and asks where she has been all this time. Paige then reveals that she entered rehab and is nearly a month sober, but is still far from being okay.
She also says that she can’t stay with him yet, since she still has six weeks left to complete her rehabilitation. Paige feels guilty for her mother’s condition and worries that she put her in bed. However, Simon reassures her and gently asks her to explain everything that happened.
The two then sit in the hospital cafeteria, where she recounts the incidents. She explains that after she found Aaron dead, she thought that the police would blame her for his murder. This prompted her to run to rehab, the same one that her mother was in when she was young. Paige admits that she kept it secret from her father because she didn’t want to feel like a disappointment to him.
All eight episodes of Run Away are now available to stream on Netflix.
