General Hospital Spoilers Today: [Spoilers] Gets Beaten Up in Nov. 24 Recap — Photo Credit: ABC

Here’s a brief recap and spoilers of everything that happened in General Hospital’s November 24 episode. Laura is still dealing with the aftermath of finding Dalton’s body in her car. Meanwhile, Jack is pushing Joss to fix things between her and her mother, and Vaughn bears the consequences of getting close to Joss.

Spoilers for what happens on General Hospital on November 24, 2025

Carly shares her concerns with Jack

Carly and Jack wake up next to each other. Jack admits his mistake in keeping Vaughn a secret, and he promises to balance work and personal life better. When Carly steps out, Jack secretly calls Joss to learn what happened last night.

Later, when Carly returns, she opens up about her tension with her kids. Jack believes that Lucas will see the real side of Marco soon. He then asks her not to let her relationship with Joss be affected by it.

Joss and Vaugh spend the night together

When Jack calls, Joss updates him on everything that happened. Jack urges her to make things right with Carly. She then confides her worries to Vaugh about feeling guilty about endangering someone she loves just to derail Faison’s plans. Vaughn offers his support.

Liz cautions Lucas

The scene shifts to the hospital, where Liz checks in with Lucas, who’s still uneasy at Wyndemere. Marco still holds a grudge over Sonny, which is affecting Lucas’ relationship with him. Liz advises Lucas not to turn against his family over Marco’s personal vendetta.

Meanwhile, Joss and Carly cross paths outside the hospital, wanting to meet Lucas. Carly admits to fears that Marco could betray Lucas. Joss warns her not to push her son to the point where he’ll have to choose between her and Marco. She urges her mother to give it time, and maybe they’ll figure something out.

Vaughn bears the consequences

Jack meets Vaughn secretly, learning about Dalton’s drunken confession regarding a hidden lab. The former is not happy that Vaughn put Joss in danger by using her.

Rocco’s legal troubles

Dante pays a visit to Rocco in prison and tells him about Danny and Charlotte coming forward. Back at PCPD, Nathan shares that Dalton is nowhere to be found and thinks that he’s on the run for lying to the authorities. Dante worries because this means that Rocco’s bail could be delayed if Dalton doesn’t appear in court.

Later, Sonny visits Rocco, only to see him completely beaten up. Rocco believes that Dante, a cop, being his father, makes him a target inside the prison walls.

Laura is not taking it easy

Laura is still in shock and admits to turning her house upside down to see if there are any murder weapons planted. Sonny urges her to stay calm, insisting that without a body, there’s no crime. Soon, Martin walks in to celebrate her win, but finds Sonny talking to Laura.

Britt continues to hide her troubles

Jason visits Britt to set things right and offer his support. But she says that she doesn’t need help and asks to be left alone. Britt admits to being in remission, leaving Jason to worry even more since it could have something to do with working for Sidwell. Soon, Nathan comes in asking Britt if she has seen Dalton, which she denies.
