Here’s a recap and spoilers of General Hospital‘s April 1 episode to catch up on all the major things that happened in Wednesday’s episode. It featured Jack giving Nina an ultimatum, Ezra delivering Sidwell’s new order, Willow making a startling discovery, and more.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on April 1, 2026

Jack’s deal with Jacinda

Jack storms into Nina’s office and says that she’s running out of time in getting Charlotte to talk. Nina says that Valentin has not contacted the teenager. But Jack threatens her, saying that if he learns about Valentin from another source and not her, he will release Willow’s traffic cam footage.

Later, Nina punishes Jacinda for letting Jack into her office and leaves to take care of things. Soon, Jack returns and tells Jacinda that if she can get Charlotte to reveal her father’s location, he will provide information that’ll prove Michael’s innocence.

Sidwell’s revenge-filled order

At Bobbie’s, Lulu asks Laura to learn where WSB took Jason. The mayor agrees to try. Soon, Ezra arrives, and Lulu leaves. He tells Laura that Sidwell has asked her to publicly call out Sonny and Jason for murdering Marco. She refuses to do it, but Ezra insists on it, asking to save herself from Sidwell’s wrath. Meanwhile, Lulu goes to the pier and investigates the crime scene.

The other brother

At Wyndemere, Cassius vents to Sidwell about calling him by his real name, given how difficult it was for him to slip into Nathan’s life. Sidwell doesn’t care about that and orders him to use Nathan’s identity to look into Marco’s murder. Their conversation also reveals that Sidwell poisoned Maxie, which put her in a coma. The two start talking about Britt and the incident at the pier. Cassius refrains from revealing that Rocco shot Cullum.

Secret’s out

At Drew’s house, Willow taunts Drew to use Chase as an example and become a better person. She then starts thinking about how Trina knew it was Wiley’s ringtone and how Kai knew where the phone was. Moments later, Nina arrives to talk to her, but Willow asks her to watch over Drew and leaves for her office.

Meanwhile, Kai and Trina are discussing Drew’s shooting at Willow’s office. Michael arrives to ask Kai to be Wiley’s baseball coach. After he leaves, the two continue their discussion about Willow shooting Drew, which the congresswoman overhears from outside.

Putting the pieces together

At her office, Britt realizes her condition is getting worse. Lucas shows up to reveal that Cullum is awake. As they grieve over Marco’s death, Lucas breaks down. After comforting him, she says Cullum destroyed the medication. The two eventually deduce that Cullum killed Marco and believe that he learned about the location from Marco’s phone. Lucas then arrives at Wynedmere to confront Sidwell.
