Here’s a recap and spoilers of what happened in General Hospital’s December 11 episode. Britt arrives at the hospital to help Portia. Meanwhile, Michael and Jacinda get intimate in Nina’s office, and Nathan and Dante review new evidence.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on December 11, 2025

Nina delivers the news

Nina announces to everyone at Alexis’s house that Nathan arrested Curtis based on some new evidence. Drew’s sure that Nathan arrested the wrong guy, and says that it should’ve been Michael. Later, Nina talks to Willow about the situation.

Michael and Jacinda get caught in the act

When Michael sees Nathan going through Curtis’s office, the cop reveals that they arrested Curtis. Michael then heads to Crimson, where he finds Jacinda trying on dresses. He shares information about the latest arrests and is worried that Willow could walk away free, putting his kid in a difficult position. They have a back-and-forth conversation about the situation, and end up sharing a kiss. As they start to undress each other, Nina walks in.

Scenes at the hospital

Kristina visits the hospital to get her allergies treated with Molly by her side. They briefly discuss the book Molly is working on and how Cody inspired a character in it. Elsewhere, Liz develops an eye infection, which is later found to be caused by mites.

Later, Portia continues to experience pains and insists that Isaiah call Britt for help. When Britt arrives, Portia explains what’s happening, while Isaiah waits outside. Britt reaches out to Lucas for his help in getting some medical tests done, as she doesn’t have access or a license to do it herself. She also assures Isaiah that Portia will be fine.

After a while, Isaiah asks Portia if the baby is his, to which she says that she’s not sure. Outside, Lucas wants Britt back as a doctor and says that he’s ready to give her a letter of recommendation to get reinstated.

Curtis gets a few visitors

While Curtis is in the holding cell, Jordan arrives at Dante’s request. He informs her of the charges that he’s facing and about the video evidence. Meanwhile, Trina and Kai arrive at the station to meet her dad. She asks him what happened that night, to which he admits to being with Selina. Soon, Jordan also drops by, which prompts the other two to leave. Jordan informs Curtis about Dante’s speculations and also that he’s not dropping charges on Willow just yet.

In Dante’s office, Nathan discusses a video footage that was never checked. Upon viewing it, they believe that they might’ve actually caught who the killer really is.

Drew visits Curtis

Drew arrives at the station to see Curtis. The latter says that if he gets charged with the crime, the revelations that follow could put Drew in a difficult place. So, he tells Drew that they have to work together to get this issue resolved.
