Spoilers recap for what happened on General Hospital on February 27, 2026

Baby’s first kick

Trina arrived at the hospital and apologized to Portia. Mother and daughter embraced and opened up about their feelings. Portia then felt the baby kicking and asked Trina to feel it.

Nathan is not himself

Nathan met Obrecht and updated her about Maxie’s decision. She wants him to pursue Maxie for James’s sake. Nathan got upset and yelled at her for dragging his son into the conversation. He later apologized.

Obrecht then visited Britt at the hospital to ask her to talk to Nathan, saying that he doesn’t feel like himself anymore. Britt told her mom to leave Nathan alone and defended Maxie’s decision. Their conversation soon turned to Britt’s relationship with Jason.

Marco’s surprising decision

Britt asked Lucas whether he was able to get the medications, and told him that she plans on drugging Pascal, but Lucas advised against it. Meanwhile, Sidwell and Marco discuss Willow, Sonny, and Britt at Wyndemere.

Later, Lucas arrived to talk to Marco. He questioned about Britt, and Marco answered him truthfully. Lucas thanked him for being honest and asked him to get a dose of Britt’s medicine. After a long conversation, Marco agreed to help Britt get out of trouble.

Lulu interviewed Willow

Lulu questioned Willow about her new role and her plans. Seeing Willow nervous, Nina jumped in to answer. But she then decided to let her daughter answer. Willow opened up about being persuaded to take the job, how it would honor her husband, and the opportunity to make amends for her wrongdoings.

Who’s going to tell Maxie?

Nathan and Lulu discussed their future. She finally agreed to give their relationship a chance, but isn’t comfortable keeping it a secret. Lulu then asked him which of them would break the news to Maxie.

An apology is in order

Laura apologized to Alexis about appointing Willow. The lawyer wished to have received a heads-up, but forgave her friend, believing that the governor had the ultimate say. She also said that maybe it’s good that Willow will spend her time away from Drew.

Maxie confronted Sidwell

Lucy updated Maxie on Sidwell’s involvement with their company while she was in a coma. Later, Sidwell showed up at Deception, where Maxie asked him to leave her company and spoke about his exit plans.

Sidwell pushed back, saying he signed a five-year contract and fighting in court could damage the company’s reputation. As Sidwell and Lucy were on their way out, Maxie told him that their conversation was far from over.
