General Hospital fans are hoping that Alexis will take down Willow not only as the new Congresswoman but also expose her as Drew’s shooter. With everything that Alexis knows about her, it is possible that fans’ wishes could soon come true. The show’s viewers took to social media to discuss the matter.

Will Alexis stop Willow in her plans in General Hospital?

Ever since General Hospital revealed that Willow shot Drew earlier this year, and how she has been trying to frame Michael, fans have been wanting Alexis to take her down. Even though Alexis learnt that she was Drew’s shooter, the attorney had to defend her to protect Scout.

A few weeks earlier, Mayor Laura approached Alexis to replace Drew in Congress, while Sidwell considered Willow. In the end, the latter became the congresswoman. Willow has entered her full-blown villain arc by planning to misuse her position to frame Michael. As a result, fans hope Alexis will use the information she has to expose Willow. But whether she does so remains to be seen.

Nonetheless, it hasn’t stopped the fans from hoping and debating about it. A viewer took to the show’s fan page on Facebook and posted, “Alexis about to take Willow down. Your thoughts?”

The post has gone viral, and other fans have since responded with their opinions. One fan wrote, “It would be about time. How can she live with herself knowing Willow is the shooter and Michael is still being scrutinized?”

A second fan replied, “Willow’s world is going to crash down spectacularly at the very worst moment for her. This is coming directly from her portrayer. It’s coming sooner than people realize.” A third fan commented, “It’s about time. I know Drew is a very hateful man but his killer, which is his wife, needs to be locked up behind bars along Sidwell.”

Meanwhile, some users are not sold on the idea. One user expressed, “With Alexis bending over backwards for black Willow, I will believe it when I see it. Unless someone like Kai brings Alexis info on Willow that she opts to use, someone else will do the honors of taking her down.”

Many fans are also hoping that Harrison Chase will bear the consequences of his recent actions since he has been trying to implicate Michael, believing that Michael shot Drew. “I hope she does. Chase needs to go down, too,” a fan hoped.
