Looking for some help to solve the March 3, 2026 (#996) edition of NYT Connections? We’re here to save your streak with some clues and hints as well as the answers for today’s puzzle.

Connections by The New York Times is an online word game available for free in its Games collection. The objective of the puzzle is to create groups of four from a given assortment of 16 different words. Players need to determine which words are connected by a common theme and place them together in a group. The game ends once a player successfully sorts the words into their respective groups within four guesses. Furthermore, the game offers a “one away…” pop-up as a hint along the way.
