Does the January 3, 2025 (#937) edition of NYT Connections have you scratching your head? We’re here with some clues and hints to help you solve today’s puzzle and add another day to your winning streak.

Connections by The New York Times is a popular word puzzle in its Games collection. Created daily by editor Wyna Liu, the puzzle presents a collection of 16 different words that players must sort into groups of four.

Each group follows a hidden theme that connects the words. Players get only four guesses to figure out what these themes are and categorize the words accordingly. Moreover, Connections also offers a “one away…” hint whenever a player gets close to selecting all the correct words for a particular group.

Here are some hints for each group (via TECHWISER):

Yellow Group: This group features words related to the military.
Green Group: This collection features different types of pants.
Blue Group: This set features words associated with a popular singer.
Purple Group: The words in this collection are often paired with a single common word.
