Need some help to solve the February 19, 2026 (#984) edition of NYT Connections. We’re here with some clues and hints to help you crack today’s puzzle with ease and save your winning streak.

The New York Times’ Connections is a daily word game that fans can play online for free. It presents a set of 16 different words that players need to sort into groups of four. The words are connected by four hidden themes, but they are arranged in a random order. The objective is to figure out which words belong together in the same group and categorize them accordingly. However, the players will get only four guesses to make the correct choices. Furthermore, the game also offers a helpful “one away…” whenever a player comes close to selecting all the right words for a particular group.

Yellow Group: The items in this group are related to Easter.
Green Group: This collection includes things associated with a fireplace.
Blue Group: This set includes words related to a popular dance drama movie from the 70s.
Purple Group: This group includes words that sound similar to some words related to cooking.
