Netflix has clarified the rollout plans for a long-running broadcast comedy following a recent scheduling change. Ahead of its streaming debut, new details confirm when viewers can expect the full series to arrive on the platform after an earlier delay, resolving prior uncertainty around its release date.
Mike & Molly finally starts streaming on Netflix in March
Mike & Molly will begin streaming on Netflix in the United States on March 26, 2026, following a delay from its originally scheduled February 20 debut (via What’s On Netflix). Netflix will release all six seasons, totaling 127 episodes, at the same time, marking the first time the complete series streams on Netflix US.
CBS premiered the sitcom in September 2010 and concluded it in May 2016 after six seasons. Mark Roberts created the series, and Chuck Lorre and James Burrows executive-produced it. The show stars Melissa McCarthy as Molly Flynn and Billy Gardell as Mike Biggs, who meet at an Overeaters Anonymous group and build a relationship that drives the narrative forward.
During its original run, the series earned two Primetime Emmy Awards. Melissa McCarthy won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series in 2011. The show also won Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Series in 2016. The ensemble cast includes Reno Wilson, Katy Mixon, Nyambi Nyambi, Rondi Reed, Cleo King, Louis Mustillo, David Anthony Higgins, and Swoosie Kurtz, who portrayed key supporting roles throughout the series.
Netflix confirmed the March 26 streaming date after postponing the February 20 release without stating a reason. The addition forms part of the platform’s March 2026 lineup of licensed and original titles. That lineup also includes MLB Opening Day 2026 LIVE and several Netflix Original premieres.
As of the latest announcement, Netflix has not indicated whether the series will be available in additional markets. The company has only confirmed its release in the United States.
