A 22-year-old Mernda man was found at the scene with life-threatening injuries.
Four teenagers have been arrested after a man died in a violent brawl outside a train station in Melbourne's outer north-east.
Emergency services rushed to Mernda Station on Bridge Inn Road just before 6pm yesterday following reports of a group brawl.

He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
Police arrested a 16-year-old, 18-year-old and two 17-year olds in relation to the incident.
They remain in custody.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
