A 17-year-old Melbourne boy has been charged and accused of collecting material promoting ISIS-inspired terror acts.
Investigations into the teenager began after intelligence found an ISIS flag imported into Australia was set to be delivered to an address in Melbourne.
Police investigated the consignee's details, learning that the intended recipient was a 17-year-old boy.

A search warrant was later executed at the address, and police seized a mobile phone and a laptop.
The 17-year-old was charged with one count of collecting or making documents that facilitate a terrorist act and one count of importing an ISIS flag.
If found guilty, he could face up to 15 years' imprisonment.
He faced a Victorian children's court today and was remanded to appear at a later date.
Victoria Police have reassured there is no current identified threat to community safety.
