The 51-year-old was charged after a reported series of incidents at the Glenroy facility.
A man has been charged over allegedly firing arrows at a school in Melbourne.
On Wednesday, police were told that a number of times since August, arrows had been shot into the grounds of a school on Hilton Street, Glenroy.
Nobody was injured and it's not alleged the arrows were targeted at any particular individual.

Yesterday, police carried out a search warrant at an address in Trevannion Street, Glenroy, and arrested a 51-year-old man.
It's alleged police found bows, arrows, ball bearings, and a slingshot during a search of the property.
The man was charged with reckless conduct, discharging missiles, and wilful damage.
He was granted bail and will appear in court on April 15 next year.
