A man has been charged after a father and his young son were killed in a car crash in Logan, Queensland.
About 11.15am yesterday, emergency services were called to Green Road in Regents Park after a white LDV dual cab ute veered off the road and collided with two pedestrians.
Braiden Ashley Timmins, 33, and his son Hendrix-hemi Te Rongomau King, 4, from Crestmead, died at the scene.

A child's bike was found near the crash site.
It's understood the father and son were on their way to get ice cream from a nearby service station.
Devastated family and friends and members of the community left tributes at the scene of the crash today.
Local councillor Jacob Heremaia shared his condolences on Facebook, vowing to investigate pedestrian safety on the road.
"I know words can do little to ease the pain, but please know that our community shares in the sorrow of this tragedy," Heremaia wrote.
"Today, I have personally contacted the chief executive officer of the city council for an urgent investigation and action to improve pedestrian safety on Green Road."

The alleged driver, 41-year-old Trevor Galbraith from Regents Park, has been charged with two counts of manslaughter.
He had his matter mentioned in Beenleigh Magistrates Court this morning.
He made no application for bail and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on October 29.
The investigation is ongoing.
