A 16-year-old boy alleged to be the driver has been charged.
A 17-year-old boy is being remembered as "a blessing" after he died in a car accident in Geelong.
Emergency services were called to School Road in Corio about 2am today after reports of a crash.
Two people – believed to be a driver and a back seat passenger of the car – were treated at the scene by paramedics.

A third person, a teenager called JJ travelling in the front seat, was also treated by paramedics, however, he died at the scene.
His family posted a tribute on social media, remembering him as the world's "biggest and brightest spark".
"You were the light in every room and lived life to the absolute fullest," his aunt wrote.
"Your life was a blessing, your memory will be a treasure, JJ ... you were taken too soon, and had so much more life and love to live and give."

Friends were seen at the crash site paying tribute to JJ, as police now investigate the cause of the crash.
The other people in the car, believed to be JJ's friends, were taken to hospital in a stable condition.
They are cooperating with police, who said they are investigating all avenues, including drugs and alcohol.
This evening, a 16-year-old boy was charged with culpable driving, dangerous driving cause death and other driving offences.
