1. What is the NetFM Messenger?

The NetFM Messenger is similar to many other messengers you have used before, but with a number of NetFM brilliant extras.

This messenger lets you chat to your friends, listen internet radio, view video/TV clips all at the same time!

 
We are continually updating and refining our Messenger so please let us know what you find good or bad, your feedback is valuable to us,

remember if you see any bugs please report them.

2. How much is the NetFM Messenger?

 Its free!

3. How do I get the NetFM Messenger?

First, you have to download it from the link at the bottom of this page  and
install the Messenger onto your computer. After installation of  the NetFM Messenger register an ID and you can login and
get messaging immediately.

4. I have tried to log into the NetFM Messenger with my MSN log in but it doesn't work?

MSN is a different company to NetFM, you will have to create yourself a NetFM login.  The good news is you can import your MSN buddies into the NetFM Messenger. 

Simply look under the “Options" menu and insert your MSN account details.  See Question 5.

5. I miss my friends on MSN?

You can add your MSN buddies into the NetFM Messenger.  Simply go to the "Options" menu and insert your MSN details.  It’s even better to introduce your friends to the

NetFM Messenger so that they too can enjoy all of the extra benefits.

6. How does the NetFM messenger update?

Regularly we will be adding more and more features to the NetFM Messenger.  Simply click on the update button when it appears and it will update your NetFM
Messenger with even more great features. 

Podcasts & videos will be updated automatically and you will get more and more access to some fantastic content.

7. How do I use my webcam and see my friends?

Easy, just go to the "Options" menu and follow the instructions to add your webcam.

8. How can I talk to my friends?

Some people can’t type very quickly so we have added a ‘Chat' option to our Messenger.   Just connect a mic or headset through the "Options" menu.

 
 Soon you will be able to use the NetFM Messenger to call your friend's phone on their fixed or mobile without a PC. The NetFM Messenger is also
built for telephone and video (VoIP)  capabilities. These features will be added soon and will be sent via an automatic update.
